It's called God PRO, there are three elements purification, retrospective and obligation.
Purification is all about cleaning all aspect of our life. This includes body, emotion, mind.
Use different technique for cleaning body like physical exercise, yoga and keep basic hygiene. Eat fresh and healthy food.
For emotion and mind, we should do meditation and read, listen good & positive things.
After purification, we should look back and reflect on past. We should reform the life in form of body, emotion, mind. This is related to karma. Generate good karma by doing good deeds.
Third and most important thing is pay back to your obligation towards obligation to society. It's like everyone has a purpose to life. One should recognize and fulfill their obligation. This can be anything. Like Buddha did for whole world by giving buddhism to world. Mahatma Gandhi has give non violence to world and Mother Teresa has thought us how to devote your life for care and love.
